Support Black Owned is a directory of 100% Black Owned Businesses. Consumers who come to this site are looking to “Support Black Owned” Businesses and Professional . Due to consumers looking for a business which meet this criteria, we limit the businesses in the directory to businesses being owned by someone who is Black/African. Therefore if you are not the owner of a 100% Black Owned Business, unfortunately, you will be not be able to add your business to this directory.
By submitting your 100% Black Owned Business in our directory, you attest that you are Black/African.
By submitting your 100% Black Owned Business in our directory, you agree to settle any dispute about whether your business is 100% Black Owned, by proving that this is a 100% Black Owned Business, and that you are the owner of the business in question. This can include: Providing legal documentation that shows ALL owners of the business, 2 forms of photo ID each, a verification phone or video call, meeting in person and/or ANY further documentation that may be required as an attempt to verify Black/African identity. Each owner of the business must provide individual documentation and be present at the time of verification.
By submitting your 100% Black Owned Business in our directory, you agree that if all owners of the business fail to provide identity verification, in a situation which your business needs to validated as a 100% Black Owned Business then your business will be deleted from the directory and no refunds will be given.
By submitting your 100% Black Owned Business in our directory, you are portraying yourself as a 100% Black Owned Business owner and will join the Support Black Owned brand. If you falsely portray your business as 100% Black Owned Business you will be liable for legal action and compensation, as you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
By submitting your 100% Black Owned Business in our directory, you agree that you have all legal rights to the information and media used to represent your business listing in our directory. You agree to pay any legal fees levied against Support Black Owned, which arise as a direct result of you uploading media, photos, or any content which does not belong to you.
By submitting your 100% Black Owned Business in our directory, you agree that Support Black Owned has the privilege to share images, media, and information on your behalf as a listed business in our directory.
You must provide keep an updated valid phone number and email address, as a condition to have your 100% Black Owned Business listed in the event that Support Black Owned has to contact you. This does not include app phone numbers. Accounts with invalid phone numbers or email addresses will be deactivated.
You agree that Support Black Owned may contact you with special offers pertaining to business services, products related to your industry, and advertising opportunities.
