  • Kent Carl, an automotive industry veteran with over 30 years of experience leading high-performing dealership teams and representing major brands including Chevrolet, Kia, Buick, GMC, Infiniti, Acura, and numerous RV manufacturers.

  • Rami Wazni, who has worked in high-tech since 1999 and is founder and president of Silicon Valley–based Inikosoft, bringing over two decades of expertise in powering SPS's technology and user experience capabilities.

  • Olivia Alvarado, joining SPS with over 20 years in automotive dealership finance at Penske Automotive, Group 1 Automotive, and Del Grande Dealer Group, along with banking leadership at Chase.
