We work with women across Africa, equipping them with the support, mentorship and tools required to transcend trauma in order to truly operate from a place of excellence. Because we recognize the power of community in our culture, we intentionally engage men in our work. We lead heart-to-heart conversations that pave the way for emotional and mental healing because empowered men, empower the women in their lives. Our culturally-informed offerings range from workshops and masterclasses, to coaching and psychotherapy. We also publish a monthly magazine that reaches readers across the globe.
