Cypress S&P is a fully insured Paving Contractor. We specialize in Parking Lot and Site Area Services. The founder is experience accounting professional, whereas the co-founder operated within Project Engineering roles for several years before forming Cypress. When starting over 3 years ago they began self-performing Parking Lot striping in accordance with county regulations. Then added asphalt repair, expansion joint sealing, signage, wheel stops, and concrete at request of their large commercial clients. Through building relationships with long established operators as well as listening to the needs of the market, Cypress S&P has been able to add Concrete Repair, new Fence installations and other services for commercial projects as well as site landscaping for new construction. Cypress is fully insured, has workman's comp insurances and references from some of the largest Apartment Developers of class A units in the Southern region. They are proud to be 51% woman owned, not to mention one of premier black owned Paving Maintenance and construction companies in greater Houston.
