OVERVIEW
EsthetiX brings a new approach to hair care. Through the application of change management principles, we teach our learners how to overcome five key obstacles to understanding and managing their textured hair. We help our learners identify their exact obstacle through an in-depth assessment and fill in the gaps with research-backed and on-demand courses that are customized to that learner. This is especially important as we face these unprecedented times of social distancing and limitations on access to hair salons. The bottom line is that people can do their own hair, safely, at home, and EsthetiX will teach them how.
