Healthy Heart Hope Inc. (“HHH Inc”) mission is to educate and inform under-represented individuals on preventive measures in reducing heart disease. In addition to educating we plan to act as a resource that directs patients towards necessary testing for healthy heart health. Healthy Heart Hope Inc. sets up appointments for individuals whom need a cardiologist.
