We specialize in Boxing instruction and calisthenics based functional fitness. What makes us different is our attention to the individual. The attention to our individual members and our small group sessions provide the experience of a semi personal training session. Be it learning boxing for the first time, or getting back into shape, you will learn how to do things safely and effectively. The advantage to that is each of our members progresses at their own pace, a pace that is suitable to them. The uniquely creative atmosphere which highlights music and artwork as well as old school boxing pictures takes you into a "training zone" we find to be very motivational and up lifting.
