We are a black-owned and managed Primary Healthcare office in the CT area that strives to motivate and help our community reach their optimal health goals. Our Primary Care family is led by two phenomenal providers, Dr. Shaina Barr, DNP, APRN-NP-C & Dr. Ashley Mills DNP, APRN, NP. Our providers offer an abundance of primary care services such as wellness visits, weight/nutritional management, mental health counseling, chronic disease management, sick visits, family planning, travel health/ vaccine counsel, DOT exams, telehealth services and much more. We accept most insurances and offer self-pay sliding scale arrangements (income based).
