BitterSweet Coaching

Teen coaching sessions will help teens grow their confidence, set goals and deal with traumatic experiences. Coaching sessions are approximately 45 minutes via Zoom or in person. We address effective communication and explore goals, dreams and ways to accomplish the heart’s desires. Sessions are one-on-one and take place via zoom or in person. Most people have weekly sessions. Short check in sessions in addition to weekly sessions are available via phone or email.
