Our Mission CAL Sports Academy focuses on the development of the entire athlete by building their character and strength through sports. The Five Pillars of Behavior – Commitment, Determination, Motivation, Strength, and Teamwork are instilled in all athletes to help them take their game to the next level while developing as well-rounded individuals through learned life-long values. CAL Coaches develop open and honest relationships with athletes to increase confidence, instill integrity, teach hard work, and build character. CAL Sports Academy has a fundamental impact on the lives of athletes that all starts with sports training but the character development and learned traits carry well beyond the athlete’s sport and beyond their time at CAL Sports Academy. CAL Coaches have a passion to change lives and provide a positive learning environment for all families. CAL Sports Academy strives to give back to the community by providing this mentorship to athletes and their parents.
