Everybody deserves a chair where they feel seen, safe and celebrated. Camera Ready Kutz, Inc. is a Black-owned Brooklyn barbershop that has been delivering exactly that since 2007. Recognized as one of Brooklyn's first official LGBTQIA+ Brave•Safe barbershops, this Crown Heights shop at 71 Utica Avenue pairs top-tier barbering with a welcoming, judgment-free environment for every client who walks through the door.

Led by owner Khane Kutzwell — master barber, loctician and instructor — the Camera Ready Kutz team specializes in precision cuts, fade designs, gender-affirming haircuts, loc services and hair unit enhancements. Alongside Khane, master barbers TeE and Ace, plus barber STitCH, bring skill and care to every appointment. The shop is also home to a barber academy that trains the next generation of barbers.
