Choosing Empowerment is a Mental Health and Wellness Resource Agency, established in 2016 in New Orleans and expanded to Texas in 2020. At Choosing Empowerment, our foundational principles are the Power Of Choice and the Power of Healthy Relationships, therefore our approach to counseling, therapy, and coaching is primarily from a cognitive-behavioral perspective as well as a solution-focused model. We are integrative as each client is unique and we want you to be your authentic self. In this reciprocal therapeutic relationship, our clients find honesty, compassion, and understanding, without judgment. We will listen, inform, educate, help you understand the why, show you how, and hold you accountable. The expectation is that you are honest and do the work needed to heal and strive to become your best and highest self. We know it can be done with knowledge and support. We would be honored to help!
