Ms. Holt placed an order with our company and ask for the order to be shipped to our retail location in Brooklyn, NY, where she would picked them up. I told Ms. Holt previously that the order would be available for pick on Monday around 4:00 pm. The order was available at 4:10 pm but Ms. Holt did not come to pick up the order. I called her the next day Tuesday, to inquire as to why she did not come to pick up her order. She said she did not know the order was there. I ask her was she coming that day to pick them up. She said she was very busy and did not know. I called her back a few minutes later and offered to deliver them to her Free of Charge. She declined my offer told me she was going to her office in Manhattan, NY on Wednesday and that she would stop by our location to pick up her order. On Wednesday morning Ms. Holt sent me an email stating she had to go out of town and therefore was cancelling the order. The order was processed and delivered as shed requested. We did our part. Ms Holt did not come to pick up her order as per her agreement with us. She did not do her part. This is not professional nor acceptable behavior.
