Al-Hakeem’s Tonsorial is a Black-owned private barbering and men’s grooming studio in Owings Mills, Maryland, founded by Master Barber Clifton Al-Hakeem Bey. With 31 years in the barbering industry, Clifton has built his work around a simple belief: the barber chair is about more than a haircut.

Al-Hakeem’s provides precision haircuts, beard grooming, scalp care and premium grooming services in a professional, private one-on-one environment. The experience combines traditional barbering principles with modern service, personal attention and a commitment to consistency, professionalism and excellence.
