Dr. Etienne Shembo, DDS

Dr. Etienne Shembo is the founder of Eagle Shembo Dentistry, a general and cosmetic dental practice on Mallard Creek Road in northeast Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dr. Shembo moved to Charlotte to join family, earned his chemistry degree at UNC Charlotte and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at UNC Chapel Hill. He finished the four-year dental curriculum in three years and used the final year for a residency rotating with periodontics and prosthodontics faculty, training that shapes the way he approaches implants and gum care today.
