She is the cohost of the regular podcast "No Stupid Questions Show" (nostupidquestionsshow.com) and is the author of GET A GGRiP: The Health And Wellness Movement Rooted in Black Cultural Traditions and upcoming Vegetablarian: A Mouthful.
