I.T.A. Movement provides various fitness and health options for individuals and businesses. Started in NYC, I.T.A Movement provides 1 on 1 and group classes in the city. Since Quarantine I have transitioned to a Online platform. In 2019 I created an On Demand Fitness platform that people can use anywhere. I also provide Live Virtual classes, a nutrition program, and a Corporate Wellness program. This Corporate Wellness program provides Businesses with an Online Fitness and health services for their employees. The program provides a nutrition guide, and various fitness options that employees can do anywhere.
