ISOKAN studio was create to give back a tradition that was removed from my culture the thought that yoga should be shared regardless of whatever your background. As I introduce body postures to a new population, I will dedicate my life to spread the message of mindfulness and health to my clients While keeping in mind the focus is not just the postures but the experience on the mat. Regardless of your age, fitness level or body type for all men, women, and child I would like to share my beliefs that in life we should try to live life with love, gratitude, and a dedication to being present in the moment. My main purpose is to first give back to my community and to obtain a place where people can come together to an experience something unique. This approach to teaching and healing —is one that is centered on self-inspiration and which embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of wellbeing. While helping my clients better connect to themselves, their communities, and to the rest of the world.
