Li'l Teeth Dentistry is a locally owned pediatric dental practice in Aurora, Colorado, founded in 2010. The Green Valley Ranch office on North Salida Street welcomes children of all ages, and the team treats each child as they would their own. The dinosaur-themed office is designed to feel fun rather than clinical, so kids can relax, enjoy their visit and actually look forward to coming back.

The practice is staffed by Dr. Andre Gillespie, Dr. Rita Taylor, Dr. Bethany Pandes and Dr. Tathiana Rojas, supported by an energetic and experienced team. Services include dental cleanings and comprehensive exams, fillings, oral surgery such as wisdom teeth removal, emergency dental care and sedation options for children who need extra help staying calm. The office also makes a point of caring for children with special needs and neurodivergent patients.

The mission is to build a lifelong passion for good oral hygiene and to establish healthy habits early, so the dentists partner with parents as part of each child's oral health team.
