Our mission is to eliminate the stigmas associated with mental health while promoting acceptance, awareness and services for all. Our Vision is to meet people where they are at, build a relationship that fosters independence in which all people achieve their full potential for health and well-being across the lifespan; starting with Early Intervention. We work to be trusted by clients, a valued partner in the community, and creators of positive change. We value and appreciate every life. We treat all with respect and dignity and require the same from those whom we serve. We believe in honesty and uplift imagination and creativity. We teach that self-reflection, openness to change and responsibility for self are necessary for progress. We prefer using behavior modification techniques to include positive reinforcement and repetition. It is known that Behavior is either strengthened or weakened by its consequences and due to this consistency and commitment are mandatory. Psychotherapy treatment can include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and psycho education. Interventions are selected based on client needs. Some popular ones are; CBT, DBT and Empowerment.
