Mountains of Joy

When I started my journey to get healthy, like a lot of other people, I sabotaged my progress because I'd crave something sweet. I've always loved baking for friends and family, food is definitely my language of love. I started posting pictures of all the various things I'd make, and they were well received. From this need I started Mountains of Joy.
