ndur Athletics is a Black-owned, woman-owned activewear brand from Arizona founded in 2020 by Jamila Graham. After struggling to find activewear that fit her changing body and made her feel confident, she created a brand built on one mantra: ndur, short for never doubt yourself.
ndur designs size-inclusive and sustainable athleisure that is buttery soft, supportive and functional for the gym and everyday life, including plus-size options. Pieces are released in small batches and designed to honor the ever-changing body. The brand launched as women's-only and added men's activewear in late 2023, and it opened its first retail space in October 2025.
