Nola Periodontics

Nola Periodontics is a specialty periodontal practice on Canal Street in Mid-City New Orleans, founded in 2014 by Dr. Bristol Williams. As a periodontist, Dr. Williams completed three years of surgical training beyond dental school, which allows her to treat gum disease and replace missing teeth in ways that go beyond what a general dentist can do.

The practice places dental implants and performs periodontal surgery, gum grafting, crown lengthening and cosmetic gum procedures that improve both health and the look of a smile. Many patients are referred by their general dentist, and Nola Periodontics works closely with those dentists to coordinate care, but anyone can call and schedule a visit directly.

Dr. Williams graduated from Xavier University in New Orleans and Meharry Medical College, then completed her periodontal residency at the University of Tennessee. She first opened a practice in Atlanta before returning to New Orleans. Her office is designed to be a relaxed, fun and safe space, with clear communication, flexible financial options and an inclusive, family-oriented atmosphere.
