  With weekly ongoing sessions. fitness classes encourage women to rediscover their feminism. Too often, as women we give pieces of ourselves here and there, taking little to no time for self reflection or replenishing our needs. Women that come into our classes are provided with the positive nourishment for their spirit. Be it the movement in the class to regain flexibility, the music for empowerment, or just the atmosphere of having an hour to rediscover yourself, we provide an atmosphere where women feel welcomed with open arms. Our motto “Invest in Yourself” has remained unchanged throughout the growth process. Fitness classes are encouraging, and we adhere to a DRAMA FREE ZONE regardless of race, creed, or culture, we firmly believe in supporting each other. We encourage all participants to push past the challenge, feel the music, smile, be uncoordinated, be positive. Penny Love Fitness was created as a VIBE! Students losing weight, dropping pants and dress sizes are just a bonus to restoring your vibrant energies!
