SERA is a 501(c)(3) youth and adult residential nonprofit organization. SERA provides short and long-term mental health and substance abuse housing spaces as well as social stabilization (crisis) centers. We aim to reduce homelessness, keep individuals integrated with their families and communities, improve service delivery and quality of care in our residential facilities, and foster a culture of quality holistic care and community support.
