Serenity at Twin Lakes Inc. is a medical group home that provides holistic care to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Whether you need daily health-related attention or are looking for Personal Support, Life Skill Development, Residential Habilitation, Respite, Nursing Care, and/ or Transportation, we do it! Our certified staff will work with you, your doctor, and your Support Coordinator to develop and manage a personalized health plan that will support your individual goals and meet your individual needs. Our overall goal is to provide customized, person-centered, healthcare services that enable our clients to achieve an optimal level of wellness, improved quality of life, and personal independence. Serenity at Twin Lakes Inc. is licensed through the State of Florida and regulated by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD).
