Sparkling Charms Dental Studio is a pediatric-focused dental practice on East Fort Avenue in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore. Founded by Dr. Irene Spates, DMD, and joined by Dr. Kheri-Ann Robinson, DMD, the locally owned, woman-owned studio is built around the idea that a positive first experience at the dentist sets a child up for a lifetime of healthy smiles.
