By business serves individuals who always wanted a fitness trainer but could not take on the burden of the expensive price. I provide at home no equipment needed and gym workout programs. All programs are sent as a pdf file in which I have different packages available to all. Fitness is 20%, 80% is eating. I put together a meal plan, which is also pdf format as well available too!
