Tri Cities Diversity & Inclusion Council

The Tri-Cities Diversity & Inclusion Council (TCD&IC) is a nonprofit organization committed to building equitable, healing-centered communities. We serve as an anchor for culturally specific wellness, restorative justice, empowerment, and advocacy for people of color. Our services include trauma-informed sisterhood healing programs, youth scholarship and leadership development, DEI training and consulting, and restorative practices workshops. We also lead civic engagement efforts, cultural events, and community forums. Through community-rooted initiatives, we address generational trauma, uplift youth and families, and create space for shared power and community voice. We partner with organizations to embed equity and belonging into their practices. At TCD&IC, equity isn’t a trend—it’s our truth. We believe in power-building, people-centered change that restores dignity and reimagines justice.
