Transitions Well Done, led by Madjeen Lorthe, provides life and career transition coaching for women of color. With a trauma-sensitive, evidence-based approach, Madjeen supports clients navigating major changes, including career shifts, leadership transitions, and personal life adjustments. Offering 1:1 coaching and corporate workshops, she guides women to embrace change confidently and pursue lives they love.
