Empowering underestimated communities with innovative tools, techniques and know-how to thrive and become sustainable. The UIL team has over 20 years' experience collectively training housing professionals in partnership with HUD-funded intermediaries. Locally, we teach pre-purchase education and will expand as the need arises. We also teach various topics related to financial literacy. Consulting/Coaching The UIL team is committed to helping small businesses: nonprofit and for profit, become financially sustainable. We work in collaboration with the leadership team to identify opportunities for creative revenue generation. In addition, but not limited to fiscal sponsorship. Education We currently offer one flex course focused on helping organizations become self-sustaining. The 8 – week course provides real-world knowledge and real-life examples to help the learner implement the information learned. We also provide in-person training on a number of courses designed to empower and support individuals.
