Sierra Capri Joins ‘The Social Network’ Sequel ‘The Social Recokning’ As Cast Continues To Fill Out
The Social Network sequel, The Social Reckoning, is continuing to add to its cast.
Deadline reports that the On My Block alum Sierra Capri joins Wunmi Mosaku in the upcoming sequel. Also added to the cast are Portia Doubleday, Patrick Fischler, Joey Brooks and Tehmima Sunny. Jeremy Allen White, Jeremy Strong, Mikey Madison and Bill Burr are also starring in the film as leads.
According to the film’s description, per Deadline, The Social Reckoning serves as a companion piece to the first film and tells the true story of Facebook engineer Frances Haugen (Madison), who gets Wall Street Journal reporter Jeff Horwitz (White) to embark on a treacherous journey that blows the whistle on Facebook’s most buried and protected secrets.
Who else stars in ‘The Social Reckoning’?
The already-stuffed cast also includes Billy Magnussen, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Nelson Franklin, Betty Gilpin, Anna Lambe, Kelley Pereira and Aidan Laprete.
Sorkin directs from his own script. He also produces with Peter Rice, Todd Black and Stuart Besser.
Filming is currently taking place in Vancouver. Since On My Block, Capri also starred alongside Algee Smith in Thembi Banks’ Sundance Film Festival film, Young. Wild. Free.
